The Northern Rat Pack (previously Durham Rats) has options on 20 rooms at a centrally located 3 star hotel in the beautiful German town of Bernkastel-Kues, in the equally beautiful Mosel valley. We are regular visitors to this area and invite Rats from other Packs to join us on this "Adventure in the Mosel".

What will it cost? - About £490.00 pp. (Dependant on exchange rates) plus ferry/tunnel costs.

What do I get for my money?

* A led ride to Bernkastel (from Ijmuiden or Europort)
* Seven night's dinner, bed and breakfast, including a celebration gourmet meal on the Saturday.
* Secure bike parking
* Day trips to Trier and also Luxembourg
* A bicycle tour and boat trip

Anything else to do?

* A visit to the famous Nurburgring.
* Wine tasting at the Vinothek, in the underground vaults of St.Nikolaus Hospital
* Various led rides or "Go your Own Way"
* River Cruises

How do I book?

* Contact the Pack Leader, Stu McCarthy (details below) who will send you a booking form.
* Complete the form and return with a £10 pp non refundable deposit
* Pay 50% of your accommodation by 31st March. (balance on arrival)

This is a special deal with the hotel which will not last for ever As soon as we fill the rooms we will make a firm booking and ask that if you are interested, not to delay your booking so avoiding disappointment.

Annual Lakes Ratbash at the Patterdale Hotel, Cumbria

June 22^nd to 24^th 2012

Join again with the Riders Association of Triumph and the Northern Rat Pack to celebrate the 6^th consecutive Lakes Ratbash.

With twin, double, family and a few single rooms from £110 - £120 per person at the recently refurbished Patterdale Hotel giving you dinner, bed and breakfast for the weekend, ride-outs, charity events, pub quiz, live music and much much more, it really is something not to be missed.

Fifty seven rooms have been reserved for Rats and their guests so we will potentially have the whole place to ourselves. Some of our regulars booked mid June 2011 to ensure their places.

How to book? Well, have your credit or debit card handy. Decide what sort of room you want. The Lakeland rooms overlook the front of the hotel and cost £120 pp The Patterdale rooms cost £110 pp and overlook the fells at the rear. The four single rooms are very small but only cost £110 for the weekend. They get taken very quickly.

Then:-

1. Telephone "Choice Hotels" reservations at Blackpool on 0845 305 2111.
2. Tell them you are wanting 2 nights DBB on the 22^nd & 23^rd June 2012. Tell them it is with the Triumph Group or "THE RATS" otherwise they will tell you the hotel is full that weekend.
3. Pay £25 pp deposit on your card. The balance being due when you leave the hotel.
